Can I choose how you refund my credit?

Ways we refund

If we have your bank details because you have paid by Direct Debit, it is much quicker and easier for you if we send your refund straight to your bank account. We will do this automatically. We'll usually do the same if you have paid us by credit or debit card. We will send a refund cheque if you paid us by any other method or we can't make a card refund. If you don't have a bank account, please contact us and we can send a Paypoint voucher which can be cashed at any Paypoint outlet. Alternatively a bank giro instead which you can cash at any post office.
