Our Processors and International Transfers
The majority of our processing is conducted within the UK however, we do utilise some processors located outside of the UK. The table below highlights the location of these processors, what services they provide including whether any special category data is shared with them and the safeguards in place to ensure your personal data is safe. This page should be read in conjunction with our customer privacy promise.

Please note that as detailed in our customer privacy promise, as part of normal operations, we engage third party contractors to provide us with services, for example, if you call us to inform us about a leak or a blocked sewer, we may use contractors located within the UK to investigate the issue. Where we use third party contactors, we may need to give your personal data to them, for example, to investigate the issue and inform you of the outcome. In particular if you have any additional needs etc. we may inform our contractor to ensure we provide the best possible service to you or as part of our Priority Services Register service.
