Hafren Dyfrdwy Priority Services Register survey prize draw
There are two prizes to be won in this prize draw. Each prize is a £50 Amazon voucher.
Entry to the prize draw is free. To be entered into the prize draw you will need to submit a completed survey form by clicking the survey link (received via email or SMS text message).
Start date for entries is Wednesday 2 July 2025 at 01:00 Closing date for entries is Wednesday 23 July 2025 at 23:00. Entries will not be accepted after this time.
It is the responsibility of each entrant to ensure that they have read and abided by these terms and conditions. By submitting an entry, each entrant agrees to comply with these terms and conditions. Any entry found not to comply with these terms and conditions will be disqualified. In such instances, any prizes will be forfeited.
The decision by Hafren Dyfrdwy on all matters relating to the prize draw is final and binding. No discussion or correspondence will be entered into.
Hafren Dyfrdwy reserves the right to suspend or modify the prize draw in whole or in part at any time without notice and without liability. Hafren Dyfrdwy’s decision in all matters is final and binding and correspondence will not be entered into.
The prize draw is only open to customers of Hafren Dyfrdwy who are registered on our Priority Services Register.
The prize draw excludes those involved in Severn Trent Water Limited’s or Hafren Dyfrdwy’s (HD) organisation, employees of STW or HD and Severn Trent Group companies.
Hafren Dyfrdwy reserves the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant and to refuse entry at its discretion.
Entrants must be 18 years or older when entering the prize draw online.
Entrants can only enter the prize draw once and one entrant can only enter per household.
To enter the prize draw, entrants must submit a completed survey form. Participants who wish to enter the prize draw will be asked to provide their name and email address, in order to contact them on the occasion that they are determined to be a winner.
By ticking the box at the end of the survey, entrants consent to these terms, along with our data protection policy.
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received in the prize draw Period.
The prize draw winners will be notified by Hafren Dyfrdwy between the first and the final day of the month subsequent to survey submission.
Each prize shall be an email-linked Amazon voucher worth exactly £50 (“Prize”).
The Amazon Voucher will be sent to the Participant's email address, within the subsequent month of the prize draw.
The Amazon Voucher will be subject to availability and is non-transferable. No cash or alternative to the Amazon Voucher will be offered.
Hafren Dyfrdwy cannot be held responsible for any restrictions or issues with entering the prize draw.
Each entrant should take their own adequate measures to protect against viruses, security or any regret that they cannot accept liability for any:
- Third parties to fulfil the obligations involved in this prize draw.
- Failure of entrants to comply with the prize draw rules.
- Nothing in this clause is intended to exclude or restrict liability for death or personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation or for any matter for which it is not permitted by law to exclude or limit, or to attempt to exclude or limit its liability.
Hafren Dyfrdwy will not be responsible for any entries not received by it for any reason, by the end of the prize draw period. For the avoidance of doubt, this includes any entries that are lost, delayed due to technical difficulties or malfunctions.
Hafren Dyfrdwy is a “controller” of personal data of prize draw entrants and we ensure that personal data is processed in line with data protection laws (the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and Data Protection Act 2018 (“DPA”)).
Hafren Dyfrdwy will hold and process all personal data as stated in the Prize Draw Privacy Notice (opens in a new window) and the Customer Promise found here
Personal data will only be retained as per the retention schedule and no longer than twelve (12) months after sending the Prizes.

By entering this prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions to the exclusion of all others.
Each clause in these terms and conditions operates separately. If any part of found by a court to be unreasonable or unenforceable the other parts will continue to apply.
These terms and conditions are governed by the law of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.
