We collect participants' names and email addresses at the end of the survey for the purpose of conducting the prize draw. This information is voluntarily provided by participants.
The collected data will be used to contact participants regarding the prize draw results.
All entrant data is stored securely on our servers and is accessible only to authorized personnel. We implement industry-standard measures to protect against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of data.
We may link the collected information with existing data we hold via the entrant’s online account. This is to validate their eligibility for the prize draw. We will not unnecessarily access account details, or those that do not pertain to our expressed purpose.
Entrant data will be retained for a maximum of two years from the date of collection. After this period, the information will be securely deleted.
We will not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer entrant data to external parties.
