We held our first ‘Your water, your say’ meeting earlier this year, where our customers and stakeholders helped shape our 2025 to 2030 business plan. At the start of October 2023, we submitted the plan to Ofwat for assessment.

Our next meeting is a great opportunity for everyone to hear what we have planned to help deliver change in the next five years, and to ask any questions.

Your questions could cover the service we provide, our impact on the environment, what will happen to your water bill or whatever other topic is important to you.
