From setting up regular, manageable payments, to reducing your bill to an amount you can afford if you’re on a low income, we’re here to help.

Our Better Off Calculator is a quick, free and easy way to get help with your water bill and see if you qualify for extra support and benefits.
Help from the Welsh Government
In order to assist households on low incomes, Welsh Government has introduced a Fuel Support Scheme for 2022. As well as other discretionary schemes to help support other households who may be struggling but do not fit into the above criteria.
