Hafren Dyfrdwy on a recruitment drive for 40 members of staff

Tuesday 21 December 2021

Hafren Dyfrdwy is on a recruitment drive for 40 members of staff in their mission to provide a better experience for their Welsh customers.

This comes as the water and waste company has been given the green light to build a new hub in Powys, resulting in a significant increase in its workforce within the area.

The Powys hub and expanded team mean Hafren Dyfrdwy customers will get a much speedier response as travel times to jobs will be considerably reduced.

The roles, of which a few are now beginning to be advertised with more in the new year, include the following positions:

• Performance Manager

• Team Managers

• Distribution Operatives

• Workforce Planners

• Technical Support

Hafren Dyfrdwy Managing Director, James Jesic, said: “We take our customer commitments seriously, which is why we’re investing in around 40 new roles and ensuring our 43,000 plus customers in Powys get the best possible service.

“I’m really pleased we’re able to proceed with these jobs and create a new hub, both of which not only strengthen our workforce, but Hafren Dyfrdwy’s position as a leading water and waste company in Wales”.
