Hafren Dyfrdwy goes on tour to offer support and advice to customers

16th February 2024

Hafren Dyfrdwy will be hitting the road throughout February and March and running community sessions to provide advice and support to customers.

The water company is calling into a number of venues throughout Powys and Wrexham as part of a special tour to provide a whole host of useful information to the communities it cares for.

It’s a chance for customers to drop in and find out more about any queries they may have about their bills and the support schemes that are on offer. It will also be a chance to discover more about water saving devices, pick up hints and tips and discuss the option of saving on a water meter.

As well as being able to chat to the team, Hafren Dyfrdwy will also be showcasing the brand-new community vehicle named ‘Dilys’ and everyone is welcome to pop, say hello and have a chat.

Louise Moir, Hafren Dyfrdwy Customer Experience Lead, said: “We understand that times are tough at the moment, and we want to make sure that all Hafren Dyfrdwy customers know what support is out there for them.

“Our roadshow is a chance for everyone to talk to team members face to face and have informative discussions about their bills and ways in which we can help.

“We would urge everyone find out where Dilys will be over the coming weeks, drop in and have a chat with our team and find out more.”

Hafren Dyfrdwy provides a water only service in Wrexham and parts of Denbighshire and Flintshire and both a water and wastewater service in Powys.
