Submit meter reading
The charges against your Hafren Dyfrdwy account may be higher than they need to be if they are estimated. By providing us with an accurate meter reading, we can make sure that you're only being charged for the water you have used.
We try to read and send bills based on an actual meter reading every six months but sometimes it is not possible because the meter has been fitted inside a customer's property or behind locked gates.

When reading your water meter, you only need to record the black numbers. You should ignore any numbers in red.
Ten-digit account number, you will find this printed at the top of your bill.
Your email address, telephone number and address of the property.
Your meter reading and the date it was taken.
The easiest way to submit you meter reading is to do this online by clicking the button below.
Make things easier and manage your account online
It'll be easier to submit future meter readings and you'll also be able to manage direct debits, set up payment schedules and view your bill online.
