I need help paying my bill

Together we’ll find the best possible way for you to pay your bill. We offer monthly, fortnightly or weekly payment plans and can accept payment via Direct Debit or Watercard. Call us on 0333 207 5650 to talk through all your options.

This tells you the exact dates you need to pay us. These payments can be made by Direct Debit or Watercard – whatever’s easiest for you. Watercards can be used at PayPoint outlets, most of which are free to use. Whichever way you choose to pay, remember to allow five working days for your payment to reach us.

Our experts are always on hand to help, but you can get free, independent advice on managing your debts from Citizens Advice and StepChange Debt Charity.

Additional help is also available from the Consumer Council for Water, who offer free online tools to help water customers in financial difficulty. Their Benefits Calculator can help you identify whether you qualify for any means-tested benefits, while the Grants Search tool will help you see if you qualify for assistance from charitable trust funds.
