How do you deal with customers with individual needs?
If we’re working in your area and need to shut off your supply or lower the water pressure, we’ll try and contact you before we begin to discuss suitable times. To do this, it’s essential that you let us know about your medical needs and let us know what you need from us.
In an emergency, for example a burst water main, we can’t give you advance notice, however we will contact you as soon as we can to tell you how long the interruption will last. We’ll try to get you an alternative supply or water and we’ll work quickly to get your normal supply back up and running.
If you dialyse at home it’s essential you tell us in case we need to interrupt your water supply. Your hospital may have already registered you with us, but if you’re unsure, please register for our Priority Service.
