Will my water be disconnected if I don't pay?

Disconnection for non payment

The Water Industry Act prevents us from disconnecting residential homes. However, if you don't pay we may take debt recovery action. In order to prevent further action being taken, you need to pay bills in full and by the due date. If you're struggling to pay your bill we have a number of payment plan options available.
