Can I choose the date you take my Direct Debit from my bank account?

Giving you a choice

Yes, if you pay monthly we can take your payment the same date every month. Just let us know the date that suits you best.

If you pay by demand direct debit, we will take your payment from your account 17 days after the date your bill is issued.

You can set up or change your direct debit.
