I've submitted an application, what happens next?

What happens next

For applications for a new water supply we'll acknowledge receipt of your application within 5 days. Then we'll arrange for one of our technicians to get in touch with you and discuss any further information needed and next steps.

If you're happy to proceed with the application you will then lay your pipework. Once complete we will need to come and inspect it and then arrange for the connection to the main to be made.
